Contact us
Ring or message us whenever you need a hand, day or night. A flat tyre, a breakdown or a car that needs moving, it all starts with the same call. We're based in Cwmbran and cover South Wales.
Ring or message us, any hour
Use whichever is quicker for you. We'll take it from there.
Ring us
Answered 24/7, whatever the hour. Give us the details and we'll quote the job on the call. You agree the price before we set off, and you pay by cash, card or bank transfer.
Message us on WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp is staffed. Send a location pin so we can see exactly where you are, plus a photo of the tyre sidewall or of the vehicle, and tell us what's happened.
We work from our base in Cwmbran and cover South Wales. Car transport is within 20 miles of Cwmbran. Not sure we reach you? Tell us where you are and we'll say.
What to have ready when you call
You don't need much. A few details help us quote the job and find you.
Where you are
The road you're on and the nearest junction, or the name of the car park you're in. On a motorway, say which way you're heading. A location pin on WhatsApp does the same job.
The vehicle
Your registration, and the make and model if you know them. For tyres, the size printed on the sidewall (it looks like 205/55 R16) tells us exactly what to bring.
What's happened
A flat tyre, a blowout, a breakdown or a car that needs moving. Plain words are fine, and you don't need the technical term.
Where it needs to go
For recovery or car transport, tell us where the vehicle needs to end up: a garage, your home or another address. The distance is part of the quote. Fitting a tyre? You can skip this one.
